Nicole is a bounty hunter who is behind the steps of Claire Pfeiffer, a fugitive who has been escaping for a couple of years now. Nicole localizes her in an apartment in San Jacinto, Texas, but when she is about to capture her, Claire surprises Nicole and overpowers her, tying her to a chair with ropes, then some tape over the rope, finally gags her with duct tape.
