Lara Cox is the best detective in Los Angeles, this time she is after a bad guy who hides in a fancy house in Malibu. She goes there but gets surprised by the bad guy who overpowers her and handcuffs her hands over her head with her own handcuffs and then gags her with duct tape. Lara spends quite a while there until the bad guy removes the handcuffs only to cuff her behind her back and then gags her with clear tape.
