Ava is a talented country star who has just recorded her new album. The stress on her is heavy, as her last album didn't sell well so now her record label has told her this album must be a commercial success or they won't invest any more money in her career. Ava is desperated, although she knows the music in her album is great, she doesn't know if the albu will be a success. Her photographer then comes up with an idea: a cover so powerful that will make people buy the album. The photographer proposes Ava a cover where she is tied and gagged, showing desperation and vulneravility, which fits the name of her first single "Save Me", so despite thinking it is a crazy idea, Ava agrees.

The photographer produces a roll of duct tape and ties Ava with it, then gags her with a stripe of duct tape, finally the photographer takes some amazing photos for the cover of the album. During the photoshoot, the photographer receives a phone call: Lady Gaga is in a studio near by and her photographer couldn't make it so they are offering him the opportunity of his life! He should be there in 5 minutes, so he doesn't have enought time to untie Ava, instead he asks her to chill for a coupld of hours, tied and gagged while he does the gig and comes back to untie her
